The University has implemented a winter recess this year; the IRB Office will close on 12/25/2020 and reopen on 01/04/2021.

In addition, the AURA Grants application will also be going through a major upgrade beginning December 24 at noon through January 4 at 8 a.m.  Please note that fields within AURA IRB that connect to Grants, such as the funder, will not work properly during this upgrade. To avoid any disruption, please submit any protocols or amendments that require linking an award prior to December 24.

Additionally, the ability to create new user accounts or sponsors may also be delayed. Again, to avoid any disruptions, we encourage these types of administrative tasks be submitted in advance of this upgrade.
